About Nicodhia Laplante

Nicodhia Laplante is a healthcare executive, educator, entrepreneur, and nonprofit founder with more than 11 years of experience in home care agency ownership, operations, business development, and healthcare services. Over the course of her career, she built and led a multi-million-dollar home care agency generating approximately $4 million in revenue, overseeing operations, staffing, caregiver management, client services, compliance, quality assurance, organizational development, and business growth.

Today, she serves as School Director and Healthcare Educator at Matching Caregivers Institute, supporting healthcare education, professional training, certification preparation, student development, and career advancement. Her entrepreneurial experience also includes healthcare services, CPR and professional training, background screening, fingerprinting, and other service-based ventures.

Nicodhia is also the founder of Home Again Ministries & Orphanage, established in 2021. Although she lost both parents during childhood, her story is also one of tremendous love. She was raised by family members who deeply cared for, protected, supported, and cherished her. She often describes herself as their princess. That loving foundation continues to inspire her desire to help children and families experience belonging, security, opportunity, and hope.
