Who I am
Nicodhia Laplante is a healthcare executive, educator, entrepreneur, and nonprofit founder. She built and led a home care agency for more than a decade, overseeing operations, staffing, caregiver management, client services, compliance and growth.
Today she leads several businesses and community-focused initiatives across healthcare, education and professional services, and founded Home Again Ministries & Orphanage in 2021.

Nicodhia's story is one of both loss and tremendous love. She lost both of her parents during childhood, yet she was surrounded by family who loved, protected and cherished her. That love is the heart of her vision: helping children and families feel loved, valued, protected, supported, and at home — in the United States and in Haiti.
